Kirkstall Precision Engineering offer the very latest in multi axis Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM) and Wire-Cut EDM and Spark Erosion Technology, all calibrated to National Aerospace and Defence Contractors Accreditation Program (NADCAP) accreditation.

EDM offers the ability to machine very hard materials, complex geometries to extremely difficult tolerances +/- 0.005mm.

Our EDM department runs 24/7 using the latest Smart Monitoring Systems enabling remote access by the operator to track progress and monitor critical parts through production. This further adds to our lean manufacturing systems, to ensure maximum efficiency and savings.
