Giles Hodgson
Site Leader
Giles started his career as a Production Engineer for a Siemens company making hearing aids. He has worked predominately in manufacturing businesses and was Operations Director for Steeper in Leeds for 4 years.
Any spare time is absorbed by going to the gym, walking his Cocker Spaniel, standing at the side of football pitches, gardening and DIY.
Sarah Wood
Operational Excellence Manager
Sarah began her career training as a pilot in the RAF before transitioning into the engineering and manufacturing sector. Across each role, she has developed a deep understanding of what it takes to drive real, sustainable change from the ground up.
Outside work she sings, plays guitar, and writes music, regularly performing in her local area.
Claire Firth
QA Manager
Clare has over 22 years quality experience in both the fast-paced Consumer Goods and highly regulated Medical Device industries.
She possesses key skills in quality management systems, internal and external auditing, supplier approval, continuous improvement, root cause analysis, project management and regulatory compliance.
Craig Dowling
Manufacturing Director
Craig has over 15 years experience specialising in modern manufacturing techniques applying all the principles of lean manufacture and continuous improvement.
Jeremy Wisner
Planning Manager
Jeremy has more than 30 years’ experience with a range of manufacturing SMEs in sectors as diverse as Medical, Aerospace, Motorsport, Textile and Pharmaceutical.
He brings to our team a hybrid skillset, having direct experience in hands-on operational roles and a particular expertise with Integrated business systems and Business Intelligence applications.

Adam is a highly accomplished leader with a wealth of experience in the precision engineering industry. He has expertise in driving business growth, fostering innovation, and delivering outstanding results.
Rhiannon Lassiter
Head of Marketing and Communications
(Kaleidex Group)
Rhiannon is a holistic marcomms (marketing and communications) strategic manager. She delivers a range of public-facing functions including digital and social presence, conferences and other events, public relations and press, printed material production and customer relationship management messaging.
As Head of MarComms for Kaleidex Group, Rhiannon strategically leads the marketing function for Kirkstall Precision and the other business units that are part of the wider group.
Outside work, she writes science fiction and fantasy novels for young adults and teaches a dance fitness class.
